Shipping & Returns

Most orders paid by 7:00am PST are shipped the same day. 

The following shipping methods are available. 

US Addresses
These services are available to US addresses only. USPS shipping methods come with delivery confirmation. Delivery confirmation does not track where your package is, it only confirms that your package has been delivered. FedEX shipping methods include a tracking number. Tracking number tracks where your package and will confirm delivery. PO Boxes are not acceptable for FedEX shipping methods.

First Class Mail
USPS First Class Mail is a service of the US Postal Service. It delivers packages to addresses in the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii usually within 5 to 7 days and on occasion quicker. First class shipping is ideal for orders under $30. 

Priority Mail
USPS Priority Mail packages are delivered to addresses in the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii usually within 2 to 3 days. This shipping method is ideal for orders from $30 to $180. Priority Mail offers fast service at a low price. 

FedEX Ground
FedEX Ground packages are delivered to addresses in the continental US within 2-7 days. Packages shipped to Canada take 5-10 business days. This shipping method is ideal for orders over $180. Its a very reliable shipping method and easily trackable. Tracking number is provided. 

FedEX Express Saver
FedEX Express Saver packages are delivered to addresses in the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii in 3 business days guaranteed. Tracking number is provided. 

FedEX 2 Day
FedEX 2 Day packages are delivered to addresses in the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii in 2 business days gauranteed. Tracking number is provided. 

FedEX Overnight Priority
FedEX Overnight Priority packages are delivered to addresses in the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii in 1 business day guaranteed. This shipping method is ideal for customers who need to receive packages immediately. Tracking number is provided.  

International Addresses
These shipping methods are available to International addresses only. USPS shipping methods do not include a tracking number FedEX shipping methods includes tracking number.

USPS Global Priority Mail
Joint service of US Postal and destination country postal authorities. The average delivery in 6 to 10 business days or less to most developed countries, with widely varying delivery times in some countries or in regions away from major cities, but this is subject to delay by customs officials.  

Please Note: Most packages reach their destination without any issues but you the customer, bear all risks of loss if a shipment is sent by Global Priority Mail and is lost or undeliverable. .
 
Service to all countries is estimated, not guaranteed. Although we have found Global Priority to be very reliable, no one can prevent Customs from delaying a particular shipment. The customer bears all risk and costs of dealing with local Customs authorities. 

USPS Airmail 
USPS Airmail is a cheap efficient way to ship outside of the US. It generally takes 7 to 14 business days. This time does not include customs delay.

 

FedEX International Express 
FedEX International Express provides a reliable way to ship to countries out of North America. Tracking number is provided and easily trackable. It is recommended to ship with this method for orders over $180. 

Please Note: To be 100% certain your order arrives it pays to use the more expensive shipping option.  This is especially true if you are in a remote location or have had troubles arriving deliveries in the past.  Risk of Loss: Items shipped which are lost by post office are not the responsibility of Gp2xstore.com.  

Canada
FedEX Ground shipping method is available and it is our preferred way to ship.

Italy, Netherlands Antilles
Global Priority mail service is not available in your area, please use USPS Airmail.

 

RMA/Returns Policy

 You must contact obtain a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA) prior to returning any products. RMA can easily be claimed through your account page. Simply go to your order and click on the "RMA request" GameSuave.com will pay for cost of shipping replacement/repair to customer but shipping costs to GameSuave.com are responsibility of customer.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of sending your order back, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Returned orders that have been opened are subject to restocking fees up to 20%.

If you believe a mistake was made on your order, please open a support ticket work out a solution. If an error is made by GameSuave.com in processing your order, GameSuave.com will correct the issue at our expense. All correspondence concerning returns or exchanges must be done via email. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
